Lori Brittin was bitten by the performing bug at the tender age of nine when her fourth grade teacher donned a guitar with lyrics taped it and started singing folk songs in class. Utterly inspired Lori picked up the guitar herself & started singing for her classmates.In high school Lori began to take the spotlight as a soloist and participated in any and every choir she could.
Lori attended The Chicago Musical College at Roosevelt University where she studied opera. While in attendance she began performing in various rock bands in Chicago Area.Soon there after Lori went on tour with a Las Vegas style group performing at various Playboy Clubs around the US.
Then after three years of performing in Los Angeles Lori returned to her home town Chicago and went on to establish her career as a popular local performer & vocalist. In Chicago Lori began to fine tune her unique brand of vocal stylings at the finest hotels, top venues & clubs in the city for various types of events; corporate parties, weddings, prestigious social events as well as many house parties for many of Chicago’s elite families. |
